When will I receive my order?
We will process and produce your order within 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with additional information. Delivery times vary depending on your location but never exceed 2 weeks except in case of complications.
Can I return an item?
Each of our pieces is made to order and in limited quantities, for this reason we do not currently accept returns or exchanges. Our goal remains that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, let us know and we will do our best to find a solution with you.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our fabrics are imported from Italy and China but all assembly, customization and printing are done by hand in France near Paris. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure that our products are of high quality and offer good value for money.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before making your purchase. Discounts may be applied depending on the number of items or your cart balance.
